What this tool does

Reads the fields a PDF form carries and draws them as a real form to complete in the tab: text boxes, checkboxes, radio groups and drop-down lists. Values already in the document come along as the starting point, and fields the document locked are shown but stay untouched. Signature fields are left out, since a cryptographic signature cannot be produced here.

How to use it

  1. Drop the PDF; its fields are read as soon as it lands.
  2. Type into the text boxes, tick the checkboxes and pick from the lists.
  3. Decide whether Lock the answers in stays ticked.
  4. Download the completed form.

Common questions

Should I leave Lock the answers in ticked?
It is ticked by default and it is your call. Ticked, the answers become ordinary page content that looks the same in every reader; unticked, the file stays a form and anyone can edit the answers later.
It says the document has no form fields, but I can see a form.
Then the form is only drawn on the page — printed lines and boxes, not fields a reader can fill. There is nothing here to type into and nothing to save.
Can I type accented or Turkish characters?
Yes. When a value goes beyond what the standard PDF font can encode, a Unicode font is embedded in the file so characters like ş, ğ and ı come out right.
