What this tool does
Stamps text or an image over the pages of a document — a Draft mark, a logo, a copy notice. You choose the size, the angle and the opacity, and whether the stamp sits in one spot or repeats across the page. The stamp is a layer on top: the text underneath stays readable and selectable, and the whole thing is drawn in your browser.
How to use it
- Drop the PDF and choose whether the watermark is text or an image.
- For text, type the words and pick one of the three colours; a preview shows how it will look. For an image, choose a JPG or PNG — a transparent PNG sits best over text.
- Set the size, the angle and the opacity, then decide between one spot, with a position out of nine, and repeating across the page.
- Limit the watermark to selected pages if you need to, then download the file.
Common questions
- Is the watermark real text?
- No. Text is drawn to an image first, which is what lets Turkish characters come out correctly. The watermark is not selectable — but the page's own text under it is untouched.
- Can I watermark only some pages?
- Yes. Choose Selected pages and type a range such as 1-3, 5, or click the page thumbnails to pick them.
- Can the watermark be taken off later?
- Not with this tool. Once the file is written the stamp is part of the page, so keep the original if you may need a clean copy.
